Two-Storey Side Extension – Brincliffe

Briefed by the client to extend their 60s semi to accommodate their young family and provide sufficient space to relax and accommodate guests, our proposal involved extending over two storeys, with a master bedroom and study on the first floor, while the partially converted garage combined with a rear extension to form a bright and spacious garden room that improves connection to the outdoors.

The clients, who struggled to visualise the proposals from drawings alone, found the 3D renders invaluable in the development of material choices and interiors. These visuals also allowed us to open a dialogue around sustainable materials and the introduction of a green roof.
