Ongoing loft conversion creating a new bedroom with en suite, alongside an internal refurb to form a modern kitchen-diner space
Our commission was to provide design services for the reconfiguration of this stone-built Victorian property, including the creation of a partially open-plan layout for the kitchen and dining area. The scheme also incorporates a loft conversion to deliver an additional bedroom with en suite, as well as remodelling and insulating the existing bathroom.
Situated within a conservation area, the proposals required careful consideration and approval from the local authority. We also undertook the technical design and ensured full compliance with building regulations.
