As architectural designers, we take huge pride in our work and our ability to see the potential of disused or redundant space. And over the years, the team at Davey Stone Associates have designed and managed some incredibly ambitious architectural projects.

We’ve helped turn our clients’ farm houses into dream homes, and transformed run-down sheds into sensational garden rooms and offices. We’ve turned disused land into fully functioning residential apartments, and designed education buildings to enrich local communities.

Loft conversion in Victorian property in Conservation Area. Creation of master suite with bathroom and office. Our services were design and building regs.

Field View Barn

Ground Floor Reconfiguration

Services comprise architectural and interior design for reconfiguration of the ground floor. Window openings were enlarged and new fenestration designed.

The client wanted a large day-time open plan space for living, cooking and games. A snug area was kept for relaxing in the evening.

Contemporary kitchen diner extension

Reconfiguration of ground floor and rear extension to a Victorian end terraced property, creating a dining room on a lower level to a new kitchen. The dining room leads out to a sun terrace, elevated 3m from garden level.

High Storrs Rise

Garden Room / Gym

A bespoke gym for a personal trainer. The gym is sunk into the ground to provide good head height for all activities. The gym is within a garden setting; the clients brief was for it to be modern and attractive.
